Yes. A detailed invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address after your order has been successfully processed and paid. You can also download or print your invoice anytime from your Tradeboxdirect account dashboard if you have registered an account.

Yes. You can request a refund or return within 30 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please contact us at admin@tradeboxdirect.co.uk for return authorization before sending items back.
